You don’t have to put off your mammogram any longer.
Have yours here with confidence.
Regular mammograms offer women their best chance for early detection. At RIS, we offer the latest in 3D mammography for improved detection, fewer call backs and fewer false positives. We also offer breast MRI and automated breast ultrasound (ABUS) for high-risk women and women with dense breasts.
If you are concerned about having your mammogram because of a recent vaccination for COVID-19, there’s no need. Just inform your technologist when you received your vaccination and on whether it was in your right or left arm. The breast care team at RIS does not recommend delaying mammography for COVID vaccinations. Instead, we ask that patients notify us of their COVID vaccination status and that history will be considered when interpreting the mammogram.
Where you choose to have your mammogram can make all the difference. Even if your doctor has recommended a facility, you have the right to choose your own imaging provider. Choose RIS for the latest imaging technology, doctors who have undergone advanced training in breast imaging our unequaled commitment to exceptional patient service!
If you skipped your mammogram due to COVID-19, it is important to schedule one NOW.
